Doctor of Algorithms

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and implementation of deep learning image detection related algorithms, combined with industrial defect detection as the core landing scene;

2. For the actual difficult problems encountered in the project, lead the algorithm to overcome key difficulties, and participate in debugging and optimization;

3. Track the frontiers of deep learning algorithms to ensure the team's advanced AI algorithms in defect detection scenarios.

Requirements

1. PhD degree, major in image processing, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, computer and other related fields;

2. In-depth understanding of deep learning related theories and algorithms, familiar with machine learning, data mining and other algorithms, and have a good foundation in mathematical statistics; have a deep accumulation of experience in the application of deep learning in computer vision;

3. Proficient in C/C++ and Python languages, with a good programming foundation; proficient in using at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, Tensorflow;

4. Strong analytical ability and innovative consciousness, those who have published core papers in related directions are preferred;

5. Those with relevant R&D team management experience are preferred.
